Bailey Schell

Bailey Schell is an experienced technician specializing in advanced equipment and tactical aircraft maintenance. Currently serving as an Advanced Equipment Technician in the Nanotechnology Engineering Department at TSMC, since October 2022, Bailey focuses on dry etch equipment. Prior to this, significant experience includes working as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance professional with the US Air Force Reserve from November 2017 to November 2023, where responsibilities included diagnosing malfunctions and replacing components on F-16 aircraft. Additional roles include Manufacturing Technician at Intel Corporation from July 2019 to October 2022 and Construction Materials Engineering Technician at Material Testing and Inspection between May 2016 and December 2017, gaining valuable skills in data analysis and engineering support.
