Benior Chen is a highly skilled semiconductor engineer with extensive experience in process integration at TSMC, where they have worked since 2006, currently serving as a Manufacturing Manager. They have a strong background in heterogeneous integration, ensuring optimal device performance, and have led projects in areas such as silicon photonics and MEMS technology. Prior to their role at TSMC, Benior held management positions at UniMEMS and Liteon, contributing to the development of microfluidic devices and system integration. Benior earned a Master’s degree in MEMS from National Tsing Hua University.
