Carlo Gilardi is a Principal Engineer at TSMC, having started in that role in 2022. Previously, Carlo served as a Research Assistant at Stanford University, where they developed a compact model for oxide capacitance in 1D materials and conducted NEGF simulations on carbon nanotube devices. Carlo also gained experience as a Research Assistant at Politecnico di Milano, fabricating nano-devices and maintaining a clean room environment, and as an Exchange PhD Student at imec.
