Chen Shih-Chiang is an experienced integration engineer currently serving as a Principal Integration Engineer in R&D at 台積電 since February 2013, where responsibilities include leading projects on low K and high mobility device boost. Chen also held roles as Senior Integration Engineer and Senior Engineer, focusing on Source-Drain loop developments and critical layer process development, respectively. Prior to 台積電, Chen worked at Qualcomm from March 2012 to February 2013, addressing technical issues related to Chemical Vapor Deposition processes. Chen's career began at SiPix Imaging Inc. as a Design Engineer, developing Roll to Roll flexible E-paper technology. Chen holds a Master's degree in Material Science & Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
