Chia-Wei Hsu

Chia-Wei Hsu is currently the Section Manager at TSMC, a position held since 2020. Prior to this role, Chia-Wei served as a Principal ESD Engineer at TSMC from 2010 to 2020, focusing on high voltage BCD and logic CMOS ESD/latchup development, including on-chip ESD clamp design and failure analysis. Chia-Wei earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and System Science from National Tsing Hua University.
