Ching-Hui Chen

Ching-Hui Chen currently serves as the Deputy Director in the Backend Technology and Service Division at TSMC, a position held since February 2015. Prior to this role, Ching-Hui Chen was the Senior Director of Technology at TSMC Solid State Lighting from August 2011 to February 2015 and held the position of Deputy Director in TSMC's New Business division for a brief period in early 2011. Previous experience includes roles as Product Development Manager at Philips LumiLeds Lighting Company LLC from February 2005 to December 2010, Manufacturing Engineering at Lumileds Lighting from February 2000 to February 2005, and Post-Doc Researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara from October 1997 to January 2000. Ching-Hui Chen holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, an MS in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, and a BS in Electrophysics from National Chiao Tung University.
