Claire Kuo is currently working as a Principal Engineer at TSMC, where they conduct Continuous Improvement Projects on ALD/PEALD processes and equipment for dielectric film applications. Prior to this role, Claire served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Caltech, focusing on developing processes to strengthen freeze-cast ceramics and characterizing their properties using various techniques.
