Daniel Tang

Principal Process Engineer

Daniel Tang is a Principal Process Engineer at TSMC since May 2021, with prior experience as a Research Associate at the National Institute of Standards and Technology from November 2019 to May 2021, focusing on perovskite solar cells and carrier dynamics. Daniel served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Maryland during the same period and earned a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from KAUST, where also obtained a Master of Science in the same field.
