Derek Lin

Derek Lin is the Deputy Director at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd., where they focus on emerging memory exploration and development, including advancements in STT MRAM and various non-volatile memory solutions. With a broad technical background in memory technology R&D, Derek has extensive experience in product engineering and yield enhancement. They previously held engineering and managerial roles at Hwalon Microelectronics Corporation, Macronix, and United Microelectronics Corporation, contributing to the development of various memory technologies. Derek earned both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and Electro-physics from National Chiao Tung University.
