Emmy Chen is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and organization development across Asia and the United States. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at ESMC since February 2025, Emmy is responsible for developing innovative recruitment strategies and building a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth. Concurrently, as a Senior Manager of Global Digital HR at TSMC since March 2024, Emmy oversees HR processes across multiple countries, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations. Previously, Emmy held significant roles at TSMC, including Head of Talent Acquisition & University Relations for TSMC Arizona and Senior Manager for the TSMC Arizona Project, where efforts focused on recruitment strategies and expanding the company's footprint in the U.S. Emmy's career began at TSMC in 1999, leading talent acquisition and employee relations initiatives that emphasized manufacturing excellence and employee well-being. Emmy holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
