Feng-Ming Chang

Feng-Ming Chang is a Technical Manager at TSMC, bringing extensive experience as a Senior Integration Engineer in the semiconductors industry. They previously held positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and TSMC, contributing to various aspects of semiconductor process integration and device engineering. Feng-Ming earned a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, respectively. With a strong focus on Failure Analysis and Very-Large-Scale Integration (VLSI), they have established themselves as a skilled quality assurance professional.
