Frank Huang

Frank Huang is a materials engineer currently serving as a Senior Engineer at TSMC Arizona. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University, Frank previously worked as a Process Engineer at TSMC and as a Metallurgy Intern at Waupaca Foundry, where they focused on materials characterization and testing.
