Gonzo Wu

Gonzo Wu is a Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, specializing in dry-etching and ALD processes. They engaged in the N7-A14 process development, focusing on N7-N2 dry etching and N2-A14 ALD for over 8 years, and have previously worked on 8-inch foundry FEOL etching for 2.5 years.
