Jack Hwang is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently at TSMC North America since January 2015, Jack oversees technical operations. Prior roles include various positions at Broadcom from 2005 to 2014, where Jack led a 14-person team in launching new chips and managed cross-functional teams supporting Korean customer projects. Jack's earlier experience includes serving as Software Director at W-Phone, Inc., leading full product development cycles, and as Software Manager at CuTek Research, Inc., focusing on control software for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Jack began a career as a Software Engineer at Ultratech, Inc., developing user interfaces for industrial equipment. Jack holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from National Taiwan University.
