Jack Lin

Jack Lin is a Principal Software Engineer at TSMC since April 2025, with prior experience as a Software Engineer at SUSE and Appier, where Jack focused on enhancing recommendation systems and developing machine learning training pipelines. Jack contributed to the Kubeflow project as a Training Operator Working Group Maintainer, implementing crucial features and standardizing training job interfaces across various machine learning frameworks. Additional experience includes developing Kubernetes operators at InfuseAI for managing deep learning jobs and mentoring in the Google Summer of Code initiative. Jack’s educational background includes Master's degrees in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University and Technische Universität Dresden, alongside a Bachelor's degree from National Tsing Hua University.
