Jack Liu

Jack Liu is an Engineering Manager with extensive experience in high-speed design, ranging from transistor-level to chip-level integration. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at TSMC, Liu manages the Osaka physical design team and coordinates communication between local engineers and customers. Previously, they held key engineering positions at Intel, IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Cswitch, contributing to high-end processors and SRAM designs. Liu holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
