James Chung

James Chung currently serves as a Principal Engineer at 台積電, focusing on EUV Pellicle Research and Development, including experiment design and team leadership for career growth and roadmap setup. Previously, James held roles at 應用材料公司 as a Senior Technical Instructor and Technical Trainer, where expertise in high current ion implant tools and development of training programs were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as an Equipment Engineer at 台積電, managing PVD tool installation and troubleshooting, and a brief tenure as a Second Lieutenant of Political Warfare in the R.O.C. Air Force Academy. James holds a Master's degree in Engineering Science from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from National Cheng Kung University.
