Jay Tsao

Jay Tsao is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in IT management and business administration. Currently serving as Technical Manager at 台積電 since June 2021, Jay has previously held positions including Senior Technical Consultant at HwaCom Systems Inc., IT Director at Chung Yo Group, and IT Manager at 中佑資訊. With a strong foundation in executing large-scale projects and facilitating IT optimization, Jay has led significant initiatives, improving system availability and integrating complex IT planning across multiple platforms. Academic credentials include two Master’s degrees in Business Administration from National Tsing Hua University and The University of Texas at Arlington, an MBA from the International Trade Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Tatung University.
