Jeff Patz

Jeff Patz is a Process Integration Section Manager at TSMC, where they continue to develop next-generation electronic devices. With a foundational passion ignited during an integrated circuit fabrication course at Georgia Tech, Jeff's career includes significant roles such as a Process Integration Engineer and a Senior Process Integration Engineer at TSMC, as well as experience as a Photolithography Process Engineering Intern at MACOM. They hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Furthermore, Jeff has contributed to various research projects and has developed expertise in process optimization and characterization techniques.
