Jeng-Ya Yeh

Jeng-Ya Yeh has over 18 years of experience in advanced node FEOL CMOS device engineering and process integration, specializing in technologies ranging from 14nm to 3nm. As the Deputy Director at TSMC, Jeng-Ya leads the development of cutting-edge CMOS technologies, including the industrial leading N3E Advanced CMOS Technology. Previously, Jeng-Ya held various engineering positions at Intel, focusing on SOC front-end process integration. Jeng-Ya earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from National Tsing Hua University and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
