Jerry Pan

Jerry Hsin-Yu Pan is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently employed at TSMC since February 2021. In this role, Jerry leads cross-functional teams to develop and optimize applications for defect and yield enhancement while integrating AI solutions for defect image recognition. Jerry has demonstrated proficiency in building data pipelines and utilizing a variety of technologies including Java, Python, SQL, and Apache Spark. Prior to TSMC, Jerry served as a data analyst at Burgerim, where data pipelining and predictive modeling contributed to significant cost savings and sales increases. Jerry's earlier experience includes a marketing analyst internship at RITZ TOURS.CA, where data analysis optimized marketing efforts. Jerry holds a Master of Science in Applied Analytics from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from National Taiwan University.
