Jh Tzeng

JH Tzeng has extensive experience in public relations and human resources, currently serving as the Deputy Program Director for HR and Head of Public Relations and Deputy Spokesperson at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) since March 1994. Prior to joining TSMC, JH Tzeng worked at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ERSO/ITRI) from September 1983 to March 1994, specializing in public relations and technology acquisition. JH Tzeng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from National Central University, which was completed between 1977 and 1981, and completed secondary education at 師大附中 from 1974 to 1977.
