Ji James Cui is currently the Deputy Director at TSMC, focusing on pathfinding for 3DIC and heterogeneous integration. Previously, Ji served as a Senior Manager at TSMC from 2018 to 2021 and as a CMP Slurry Development Manager and Senior Research Scientist at Cabot Microelectronics between 2010 and 2017. Ji co-founded LUON ENERGY, where they led research on renewable energy storage devices from 2011 to 2014, and spent seven years as a Senior Research Chemist at Nalco prior to that. Ji earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Peking University.
