Jim Wu

Jim Wu currently serves as a Principal Process Integration Engineer at TSMC since October 2000, specializing in the implementation of automotive 2.0 systems for qualified automotive fabrication. Prior roles at TSMC include Senior Integration Engineer and Sr. Thin Film Process Engineer, where efforts focused on enhancing CVD process productivity and problem-solving. Jim Wu also has experience as a Sr. Process Integration Engineer, conducting Wafer Accept Test data analysis and troubleshooting related issues, as well as serving as a Sr. Product Engineer with a focus on product yield analysis and correlation studies. Jim Wu holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oregon Health & Science University.
