Jonathan Chang

Jonathan Chang is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as TSMC Fellow and Senior Director at TSMC since November 2010, Jonathan has led Memory IP development and previously held roles as a Director and Deputy Director, overseeing SRAM IP development. Prior to TSMC, Jonathan was a Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation, where leadership in cache design for server processors was a key responsibility. Jonathan holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
