Josh, Chiao-Chun Hsu is a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, where they focus on developing products related to CMOS Image Sensor and Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems. Since 2017, they have led the development of cost-competitive processes and managed vendor negotiations to enhance product quality and profitability. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Process Engineer from 2014 to 2017, facilitating the transition of products into mass production. Josh holds a Master of Science in Engineering and System Science from National Tsing Hua University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Materials Engineering from National Central University. They also attended UCLA for Global Marketing in the summer of 2014.
