Joy Pai

Joy Pai currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at 台積電 since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Kinko Optical Co Ltd from February 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included optimizing the training system and revising training-related policies. Joy Pai also worked as a Training And Development Coordinator at 聯發科 from March 2021 to January 2022, assisting with AI training programs.
