Jui-Ching (Phillip) Lin is an experienced manager at TSMC, leading a team focused on developing e-beam and materials metrologies for research and development since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jui-Ching worked as a research scientist at DuPont from June 2019 to March 2021 and at the Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont from March 2018 to March 2020. From March 2010 to March 2018, Jui-Ching served as an associate scientist at The Dow Chemical Company, conducting analytical characterization of various research materials. Academic experience includes a position as a senior scientist and research assistant at Northwestern University from September 2004 to December 2009, focusing on self-assembled structures and organic molecule growth kinetics. Earlier research assistant work at the Department of Physics, National Taiwan University, involved characterizing superconductors from September 2000 to June 2002. Jui-Ching holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Physics from National Taiwan University.
