Kejun Xia is currently the Deputy Director of Power Management IC Business Development at TSMC, where they focus on business development for BCD and GaN technologies. They also serve as an editor for IEEE TED and are an active member of multiple IEEE committees. Previously, Kejun has held various leadership positions in device modeling and technology development at companies such as Freescale Semiconductor and Maxim Integrated, and has contributed to special technology product development initiatives. Kejun earned a PhD in Electronics from Auburn University and an EMBA from Arizona State University.
