Kevin Chen

Kevin Chen is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a Project Lead at 台積電 since March 2022, Kevin oversees corporate ESG activities and the recruitment and orientation of volunteers, while also spearheading science education workshops that engage over 1,100 students annually. Previously, Kevin worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at 聯發科, managing the Research and Development Substitute Services program, and as a Human Resources Specialist at PERSOLKELLY Taiwan, focusing on training, development, and recruitment across various industries. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from National Tsing Hua University and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese literature from Providence University.
