Kevin Wang

Kevin Wang is currently a Facilities Mechanical Engineer at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona, and previously served as a Construction Engineer at United Integrated Services for the TSMC F21P1 project. They have extensive experience in overseeing chilled water piping systems and managing various HVAC aspects, collaborating closely with management and peers to execute large-scale mechanical projects in semiconductor construction. Kevin holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, further enriching their expertise in the field.
