Kevin Zhang

Kevin Zhang is a seasoned executive in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at TSMC since August 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing technology roadmaps, business strategy, and managing key customer engagements. Previously, Kevin held the position of Vice President for the Design Technology Platform at TSMC from November 2016 to December 2017, focusing on design IP and enablement in memory and analog mixed-signal circuits. Prior to TSMC, Kevin spent over a decade at Intel Corporation, where roles included Vice President of the Technology and Manufacturing Group and Director of Circuit Technology, leading advancements in process design and embedded memory technologies. Kevin holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
