Kidd Hsu

Kidd Hsu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a CMP Material Supply Chain Buyer at TSMC since February 2014. Responsibilities include managing CMP materials across various technology nodes, conducting supplier audits, and implementing risk management strategies. Prior to this role, Kidd Hsu was appointed as CMP Process Module Section Manager at TSMC, overseeing production ramp-ups and technology evaluations. Work experience also includes significant roles at HTC and Xintec, focusing on product design quality, supplier verification, and process integration, with a proven track record of achieving significant cost savings and improvements in production efficiency. Kidd Hsu holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University and a Bachelor’s degree from National Tsing Hua University.
