KJ Chang

KJ Chang is the Deputy Director at TSMC, focusing on CAD for FinFET technologies. Previously, KJ served as Vice President of Research at Sequence Design from 1995 to 2003 and was an Associate Professor at NTHU from 2003 to 2013. Before that, KJ worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Hewlett-Packard from 1989 to 1995. KJ holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University. KJ completed preparatory education at National Chia-Yi High School.
