Leon Chang has extensive experience in the semiconductor and design ecosystem, currently serving in the IP Alliance at TSMC North America since 2014. In this role, Leon is responsible for strategic partnerships that enhance the TSMC Open Innovation Platform, benefiting the semiconductor design community. Prior to TSMC, Leon worked at ARM from 2008 to 2014 in Strategic Accounts Marketing, focusing on advanced process technologies and developing tier-1 business plans. Leon's career at Cadence Design Systems spanned 20 years, during which time responsibilities included marketing direction for IP partnerships, managing methodology services, and developing strategic business planning. Earlier experience includes a role at Microelectronics & Computer Technology Corp. as a Member of Technical Staff in an advanced CAD program. Leon holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
