Lesheng Li

Lesheng Li is a Technical Manager at TSMC, where they lead a team focused on advancing semiconductor innovation through the integration of deep learning with atomic-level simulations. With extensive experience as a TCAD Principal Engineer, Lesheng develops state-of-the-art tools that optimize device performance and support experimental teams in areas such as epitaxy and etching. They earned a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, following a Master’s degree in Theoretical and Computational Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Additionally, Lesheng has held a postdoctoral fellowship at Princeton University.
