Li-Min Chen

Li-Min (Raymond) Chen is an experienced Section Manager at TSMC since October 2015, overseeing a team of 10 engineers in wet process development for BEOL advanced nodes and establishing wafer bevel engineering capabilities. Prior roles include Technical Manager at TSMC, leading specialty chemical and process development, and Senior Scientist/IP Technologist at Entegris, managing the development of BEOL residue removal formulations and IP documentation. Chen's background also includes significant research at UCLA, focusing on polymer solar cells, alongside summer internships at Applied Materials and Solarmer Energy Inc. Li-Min holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from UCLA and both a Master's and Bachelor's in the same field from National Cheng Kung University.
