Lin Sha

Lin Sha is currently a Deputy Director at TSMC, where they leverage extensive expertise in engineering and process development. Prior to joining TSMC in 2019, Lin held roles at Intel Corporation, including TD Engineer Group Leader, where they developed FEOL dry and wet etch processes for advanced CMOS technology, and transferred processes to high volume manufacturing. Lin earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from UCLA, a master's degree from Washington State University, and a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University.
