Lin Tu currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance and Administration at TSMC since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lin Tu held the position of Assurance Partner at EY from May 2010 to June 2022, providing services in ROC and US GAAP audits, consulting, SOX 404 audits, and IFRS conversion projects, while also participating in several FPI secondary offerings and possessing extensive experience with ADR, GDR, and ECB issuance. Lin Tu's career includes a Senior Manager role at Deloitte from July 2001 to November 2009 and a Senior Auditor position at EY from July 1995 to July 1998. Lin Tu obtained a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from National Taiwan University between 1999 and 2001, and also earned a bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution from 1991 to 1995.
