Mike Clinton is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on memory design technologies, currently serving as Director at TSMC since February 2013, where expertise includes high performance SRAM in advanced process technologies. Prior to TSMC, Clinton held various senior roles at Texas Instruments, contributing to SRAM, FRAM, and ROM design within the Analog Division, and conducted research on ultra-low power circuit techniques at Kilby Labs. Clinton has a comprehensive background in MRAM and DRAM design from time spent at IBM, including leading design efforts for innovative products and collaborations with key technological partners. Earlier career experiences include work at Sematech as a part of the start-up team and significant contributions to early DRAM designs. Clinton holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lehigh University.
