Mike Tseng currently serves as IMQR Manager at TSMC since December 2021. Prior to this, Mike held various roles at Merck KGaA in Darmstadt, Germany, including Senior Project Manager and R&D Manager, where responsibilities included leading projects to transition materials from R&D to mass production and developing OLED ink formulations. Previous experience includes serving as a Postdoc researcher at UC Santa Barbara under Nobel laureate Alan Heeger, and positions at AUO as a Senior Engineer and at National Chiao Tung University as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Mike earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from National Chiao Tung University between 2003 and 2008.
