Mu-Chieh Chang

Mu-Chieh Chang, PhD, is an R&D Technical Manager at TSMC, focusing on dielectric material development for the A10 technical node. Currently, Mu-Chieh collaborates with vendors to develop various dielectric films and applies machine learning and FT-IR analysis to enhance material properties. Previously, Mu-Chieh worked as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Chicago, investigating ligand-based electron storage, and served as Associate Director at National Taiwan University, leading a technical team in X-ray crystallography. Mu-Chieh holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Groningen and a Master's and Bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University.
