Nathaniel Chevan

Nathaniel Chevan is a Senior Nanolithography Process Engineer at TSMC, where they focus on defect analysis, yield improvement, and tool qualification for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. They completed a Master of Chemical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, graduating with a perfect 4.0 QPA. Prior to their current role, Nathaniel gained experience as a counselor at Camp Ramah In The Berkshires, a summer analyst at Oberon Securities, and a masters researcher at the Center for Atmospheric and Particle Studies. With a strong passion for semiconductor innovation, Nathaniel aims to enhance American manufacturing practices through their work in Taiwan.
