B.C. Chen is currently the Deputy Director at TSMC, where they focus on 3D Fabric and advanced packaging technologies since 2022. Previously, from 1993 to 2007, they served as Project Manager and then as Department Manager of the Manufacturing Technology Center, where they initiated key projects including Engineering-CIM infrastructure and Enterprise Risk Management. Their leadership also extended to acting as Chairman for the Operation Engineer Training Committee from 2005 to 2006.
