Penny Chen

Penny (Pin-Ru) Chen is a Human Resources Coordinator currently working in the manufacturing industry in the UK. They have extensive experience managing HR functions, including overseeing intern recruitment and improving recruitment processes. Penny holds two bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and Chinese Studies, both with First-class honours, and has recently completed a Master of Science in Management at Warwick Business School. Previously, they served as a Writing Mentor and HR Assistant, where they developed strong communication and project management skills, notably during the Salesforce implementation project. An adventurous individual, Penny enjoys solo traveling and has passionately played table tennis for over seven years.
