Percy Chang is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Director of Emerging Business Development and VCA Channel Business at TSMC since 2000. Throughout the tenure at TSMC, Percy has held multiple leadership positions, including Deputy Director roles in both Emerging Business Development and WW VCA/Channel Business, as well as responsibilities in customer service and engineering, and customer quality engineering. Prior to TSMC, Percy worked at IBM from 1995 to 2000 as an Advisory Engineer in Process Development. Percy holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1989 and 1995.
