Peter Noel is a seasoned technical manager and engineer with extensive experience in ASIC and digital design, currently overseeing ASIC design at TSMC since September 2011. His expertise encompasses digital design, silicon bring-up, and validation for various memory technologies, as well as implementing Physical Unclonable Functions. Prior to TSMC, Peter worked as a DSP/ASIC/FPGA design engineer at DPN Engineering Design Services, where contributions included high-speed interconnect and DSP projects. Peter's career also includes positions at DragonWave Inc., ITT, Broadcom, PMC-Sierra, Nortel, and early engineering roles at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Gandalf. Peter holds a Ph.D. in ASICs for Signal Processing from Carleton University, an MBA from the University of Ottawa, and multiple degrees in telecommunications and signal processing.
