Ray Chen is a Principal Engineer at TSMC, specializing in process integration development for specialty products such as CIS and integrated passive devices for advanced SOCs. Ray has extensive experience in N22/N28 HKMG process development and 0.11um CIS specialty process development, having previously held the position of Senior Process Integration Engineer at TSMC from 2019 to 2024.
