Rita Kuo has extensive experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Manager at 台灣積體電路製造股份有限公司 since May 2012, focusing on N5 and N4 front-end-of-line (FEOL) wet recruitment. Previously, Rita held the position of Section Manager, overseeing projects related to N7, N5, and N4 FEOL. Rita's expertise also includes serving as a Principal Engineer, where contributions were made to N40, N28, and N20 contact processes, backside cleaning, and back-end-of-line (BEOL) technologies in N16, N10, and N7 HKMG. Prior to this, Rita worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Solar Tech, specializing in TiO2 thin films from July 2011 to April 2012.
