Rogier Baert

Rogier Baert is a Technical Manager at TSMC, specializing in Design Solution Exploration and Technology Benchmarking since 2020. Previously, they served as a Senior R&D Engineer at imec from 2015 to 2020, where they focused on design-technology co-optimization and collaborated with leading foundries on advanced interconnect technologies. Rogier began their career as an R&D Engineer at imec from 2012 to 2015, contributing to predictive PDK development and embedded multimedia systems. Their early experience includes an internship at Philips Research & IMEC in 2005-2006, where they contributed to a video encoder demonstrator for multiprocessor SoC. Rogier holds a degree from Eindhoven University of Technology (2004-2005).
